All Petalulette content, including but not limited to text, stories, illustrations, characters, designs, program names, logos, teacher guides, student materials, workbooks, classroom activities, and website content, is owned by or licensed to Petalulette LLC, Petal’s Mansion LLC, or the applicable rights holder.

No ownership rights are transferred by purchasing, downloading, receiving, or using Petalulette materials.

5. Orders, Pilots, and School Licensing

Petalulette LLC may offer classroom pilot programs, student materials, teacher guides, school licensing options, schoolwide implementation, and institutional purchasing opportunities.

Order terms, program scope, pricing, delivery timelines, number of classrooms, student quantities, materials included, and implementation support may vary by school, program, or purchase agreement.

For larger orders, schoolwide implementation, district purchasing, military-connected education programs, or government purchasing opportunities, Petalulette may provide an implementation summary, quote, purchase documentation, or Statement of Work.

6. Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on the type of purchase, school order, pilot program, licensing arrangement, invoice, purchase order, or online transaction.

All prices, fees, and payment terms are subject to confirmation at the time of purchase or agreement.

7. Shipping and Fulfillment

Physical educational materials, classroom kits, student books, teacher guides, and related program resources may be shipped based on order size, school location, production availability, fulfillment requirements, and shipping carrier timelines.

Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of order or purchase agreement. Larger classroom, schoolwide, district, institutional, or government-related orders may require additional production and coordination time.

8. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations are handled according to Petalulette LLC’s Refund / Cancellation Policy.

Due to the nature of printed educational materials, classroom kits, student books, teacher guides, custom school orders, pilot materials, and licensing-related resources, refunds or cancellations may be limited once production, printing, fulfillment, or digital delivery has begun.

Petalulette LLC respects the confidentiality of school, teacher, administrator, pilot, and partnership-related information.

Petalulette does not sell school contact information, pilot participation details, educator feedback, or school partnership information to third parties.

Information collected from schools, teachers, administrators, or program participants may be used for program coordination, school communication, implementation support, service improvement, and partnership purposes.
